Painting Under A Bridge

Things I have noticed while hanging out under a bridge in Inman Park for week.
1. There are less pigeons flying around in December than October.
2. When the humidity reaches 90% go home.
3. The most common phrase people say when traveling by is “looking good!”
4. There are an endless array of bikes and dogs in Atlanta — big, small, long and tall.
5. Working on a flat level surface is easier than balancing on pointy rocks.
6. When painting a mural or hand lettering, use the best brushes you can find.
7. There is a meditative peace I find in the act of painting.
8. Most people are friendly when given the chance.
9. You can get used to the swaying.
10. An articulated lift is like a magical elephant trunk.
