East Atlanta Strut 2013 (The Rain Came Down)

We sat in the road and the rain came down. The rain flowed all around. Washed away the junk in the gutter. Took it down the line. (A little rat paddled by in an old party cup.)

The tent kept us mostly dry and all the people kept us happy.  Oddly enough, people were glad to walk around in the rain. I was suprised how nice of a gray day it was. Friends can make you forget about things that really don’t matter. Friends can bring you hot coffee in a cold rain. A community network is important.

Thanks to East Atlanta for a good day. Thanks to all those who supported me and bought artwork. Thanks to Lori, Fran, Michelle and Laird for all of your hard work.
