Scrap Wood Surprise

I found some more scraps of wood on the sidewalk. People sure do throw out a lot of wood. I made a double-sided bear cross yesterday. I put this one  on an abandoned real estate sign post. There is a good bit of crime in that area and I wanted others to remember to “Love Your Brother“. Be kind. Be nice.

The post was taller than I thought so I used a wooden desk I just happened to have in the back of my truck. I climbed up on it as the cars went by. The desk was much heavier to move around than a step ladder but it worked.

I hope this one will make people walking up and down the street to think; perhaps smile. Waiting on the bus and smiling at bears and such.

I also made a red wooden tomato for the East Atlanta Village farmer’s market. He looks pretty happy on that sign. I hope this boosts their produce sales.
