1000 Frames A Second (green screen shoot)

November 25, 2015

I had a very interesting experience the other day. I was asked to paint for an AT&T commercial. I walked onto this soundstage and realized this was a big deal. Lots of folks working and the walls and floor were all bright green — lights bright as the sun. Directors and assistants and assistants to them. Men in the back and secret bosses. Wardrobe helpers and make-up ladies. What a day.
I threw paint and painted paint and then they threw powder at me at 1000 frames a second. When they play it back it will look slower than slow—utra slow motion with drops and splats flying before your eyes. It was quite the afternoon.
Thanks to Stephen for asking me to do this and for MaxMedia for making sure I as taken care of.
