Fun Tyme Farm (a mural in eastlake)

My friend Peter (trustzabo) and I (blackcattips) recently painted a mural at the corner of 2nd and Hosea in the EastLake neighborhood of Atlanta.  We took an existing Peach Farm sign and converted it into something a little more interesting and unique. This corner will soon be developed into some shops and eateries.

This was a fun project. Peter and I laughed at all of the crazy things that happened while we painted — dogs barking, people yelling, parades, funerals and also a line of Chevy Impalas with crazy lights and guys wearing hockey masks and scary Chucky dolls (no joke). There was also a guy who yelled, “Dont Do It!” as well as some nice moms and kids who stopped and asked questions. One little girl brought me drawings she made for me of a unicorn and a unicorn nest with unicorn eggs.

Thanks to Nathan for asking me to do this. Painting and laughing in warm weather in December is one of my favorite things to do.
