Story - I painted this a bunch of years ago but I have always thought it is some of my best work. I was still working finding a style but I liked the weathered look and the layers and beat-up feel. I sanded the canvas and painted over tape and peeled it back. I tried to use the square canvas shape as a actual box for the man and the bull. He is trapped in a box with the troubles of his mind. Or, maybe it is all just a bunch of bull...

Painting - The original painting is acrylic on canvas. It measures roughly 23" wide by 20" tall.
