Story - Hare and Axe is a free-flowing piece. I had a sketch of a hare and an axe I had scribbled on a little bit of paper. I decided to create a painting about it. I just let things happen and paint without question. I like the bright colors. I feel sorry for the scared hare. He is in a tight spot and only the Lord above gave him nimble legs. I know he escaped the woodsman's axe. Go hare go!

Painting - The original painting is acrylic on canvas. It measures 20" wide by 24" tall. It is wired on the back and ready for hanging. Ships with tracking number and insurance.
