Story - I went to Bulgaria in 2002 and 2004 on a mission trip. While I was there I toured several old churches and monasteries. I was very influenced by the art painted on the church walls. This is my take on a Mother and Child icon painting. If you look closer, you can see that the baby child has 2 left feet.

Painting - The original painting is acrylic on canvas. It measures 23" wide by 30" tall. It is wired on the back and ready for hanging. Ships with tracking number and insurance.
