Story - I painted a series of saints. 8 of them if i remember correctly. I made them after looking at religious paintings on cracked ancient frescos. I saw these while in Bulgarian churches. Time had faded and cracked the plaster and sections of them had been chipped away. I tried to portray what I had seen through this series.

Painting - The original painting is acrylic on canvas. It measures 12" wide by 12" tall. I used acrylic paint on wood panel and canvas. I added texture and gold foil. It has hardware on the back and is ready to hang on your wall. Painting ships with tracking number and insurance.
