Barred Owl

I went for a jog south of Warner Robins, Georgia and I found
this Barred Owl. He must have been hit by a car. He had
sharp talons.

A Journey Cut Short

Today was nice out so I decided I would go find a path through
the woods to the old landfill mountain. Only a half mile walk. Well, I didn't get too far. Thanks to the overgrown woods full of invasive @#$@$# cotton pickin' Privet.



The underbrush was very thick and could find no path to walk.
No way, no how. Especially since I only had about an hour to
get back. I quickly gave up.

I did find the creek I was looking for. If only I was small and had
a tiny raft to ride I would have made it to the landfill.

I was nearly trapped in the woods like a wild animal.
Lost and pathetic.

It was pretty to look up. So I looked up on the way out. Oh
well maybe next time.
