Forward Warrior (Painting under the trees)

I painted last weekend as part of Forward Warrior – Cabbagetown. Myself and a group of other artists painted on a long wall along the CSX railroad lines. Thanks to Peter Ferrari for asking me to be a part of this great event. Thanks also to Sam Flax for the paint, CSX for the great film crew, Milltown Arms for my veggie burger lunch and to my friends for bringing me coffee and treats. I met a lot of people who stopped by to talk and had quite a few laughs. I saw a dog with no eyes. I used my “future ladder.” I made a rat sign. The sun shown down on me and brought me shade. I am happy with what I painted.

I have become very paranoid since. I do not know why. I had dreams that pumpkin seeds were sprouting and growing out of my chest. I am troubled still. I think it all might come crashing in.

Please check out Jason Travis‘ wonderful photography work here.
