Open Studio Sunday

We had a good time yesterday at the BlackCatTips OPEN STUDIO. The weather was about as nice as it could be. Seeing people and talking to folks in the sunshine really did a wonderful thing for my soul. I kept thinking after how much better it made me feel. My wife and family helped me out. People sat around and talked. People like to talk. I told some of them about my paintings. I told them about the wood I found by the road and how I painted on it.

Thanks to all those who came to see my art. We had some folks drive a long way — middle Georgia, Athens and Lake Lanier area too. I am oh so thankful. Thank you Mr. Squirrel, my friend, for helping me with the traffic and cars.

I would like to especially thank Dancing Goats Coffee for supporting our little get together with tasty hot drinks. I even got my own personal brewing lesson so we could serve it up just right. It made the day real nice.

I hope to have another event near green springtime and Easter. I hope you can join us then.
