Cool winds,
May morning,
twittering House Finch,
baby seed eaters,
the need of black coffee,
warmth of salty crunch,
a soft song,
gray skies seem blue to me,
soreness in my bones,
ache from the day before,
toil and tear and rebuild,
my small pet still rests,
good morning to you.
